The most commonly used mechanical transmission methods include: V-belt transmission, gear transmission and chain transmission.

The most common used parts of mechanical transmission are: sprocket, gear, gear shaft, belt pulley, taper sleeve, coupling, rack, belt, cam, chain, etc.

Mechanical transmission is widely applied in mechanical engineering, mainly referring to the transmission of power and movement by mechanical methods.

Mechanical transmission is divided into two categories:

1.The transmission of power and friction transmission by friction between the parts.

2.The other is the driving transmission, which refers to the transmission of power or movement by the meshing of the driving parts and the driven parts or the meshing with the aid of an intermediate parts.

V-pulley transmission refers to the transmission method with intermediate flexible parts. It is widely used in mechanical transmission, especially the belt in belt transmission. The pulley transmission is used for a wide range of applications.
The most widely used transmission method is gear transmission, which refers to the meshing of two gears respectively installed on the driving shaft and the driven shaft.

The chain transmission is composed of two gears with special tooth shapes and a closed chain. During the process, the teeth of the driving sprocket will mesh with the links of the chain, thereby driving idle sprocket which meshes with the chain.
